2. No Therapeutic Relationship Created
Use of this website or communication through contact forms or email does not establish a client-provider relationship. A therapeutic relationship is established only after an intake process is completed and confirmed through the AdvancedMD client portal system.

3. Use of Content
All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of HMHW INC. and protected by copyright law. You may view, download, or print materials for personal use only. You may not modify, distribute, or reproduce any materials without written permission.

4. Insurance and Payment Policy
While HMHW INC. may be in network with certain insurance providers, we reserve the right to choose self-pay (out-of-network) arrangements at our discretion. Clients will be informed of applicable rates, fees, and payment options prior to services being rendered.

5. Practitioner Training and Certification

Our practitioners are trained in various therapeutic modalities including EMDR, Reiki, breathwork, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapy. While advanced training has been completed, not all modalities are certified at this time. Training does not imply certification or licensure in all specialties.

6. Communication and Email

HMHW INC. uses HIPAA-compliant email for communication with clients. However, please be

aware that standard email may not be fully secure. Clients are encouraged to use the AdvancedMD portal for confidential communication, charting, and billing.

7. Limitation of Liability

HMHW INC. is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from use of this website, including but not limited to reliance on information presented, website downtime, or technical errors.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites for convenience or educational purposes. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.
