Drawing from my work as a Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I integrate a range of therapies into personalized plans built around collaborative client-patient relationships.

PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder)

Unresolved trauma can leave you feeling disconnected from your body and emotions, causing persistent anxiety, flashbacks, hypervigilance, and emotional numbing.

What I Can Do:

  • Medication Management: I can support you in managing medications that reduce trauma symptoms, with a focus on minimizing or weaning off unnecessary prescriptions over time.
  • Trauma-Focused Treatments:
    • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): A proven method for processing and integrating traumatic memories.
    • IFS (Internal Family Systems): Helps identify and heal fragmented parts of the self affected by trauma.
    • Somatic Therapy: Focuses on releasing trauma held in the body, bringing your nervous system back into balance.
    • Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAP): Can facilitate profound shifts in how you process trauma, unlocking emotional healing in ways traditional therapy can’t.
Anxiety and Depression

Problem: Persistent feelings of worry, fear, and sadness can feel overwhelming and interfere with daily functioning, leaving you disconnected from joy and peace.

  • Medication Management: I help you find the right balance of medication to regulate mood and reduce anxiety and depression, while working to minimize dependence on pharmaceuticals.

Self-Esteem, Self-Sabotage, Perfectionism, and Overachievement
